Payment Policy for Obsidian Oracle

At Obsidian Oracle, we value transparency and professionalism. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments for all services offered, including Notary Public, Courier Services, and DNA Testing. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Cash, if applicable). All payments are processed through secure systems to ensure the protection of your information.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of service and/or appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Certain services may require an advance deposit or prepayment, such as courier bookings or notarization of multiple documents. Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.

3. Pricing and Fees
Prices for all services are listed on our website https://www.obsidianoracle.net. Additional fees may apply for rush services, extended service areas, or after-hours appointments. All applicable taxes will be included in the final invoice. Travel fees may apply for mobile notary or courier services depending on the distance from our primary location.

4. Late Payments
Payments not received within 24 hours of the due date will incur a late fee of 10 Percent or $100. Services will not be rendered or completed until payment is received in full.

5. Refund Policy
Payments for notary services are non-refundable once the notarization has been completed. Refunds for courier services will only be issued if the service was not performed due to circumstances under our control. Payments for DNA testing are non-refundable once the testing process has commenced. Advance deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to factors within Obsidian Oracle's control.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of $25. Services can be rescheduled with immediate notice at no additional cost.

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact Obsidian Oracle at cancelappointments@mail.com or (210) 570-0430. Disputes not resolved within 30 days may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

8. No Chargebacks or Unauthorized Refunds
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or request unauthorized refunds through their financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Obsidian Oracle. Chargebacks deemed fraudulent or invalid will be contested to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Modification of Policy
Obsidian Oracle reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
